Definitions

5. The buyer - a person:

§5
Conditions for performance of contracts
 
1. All product prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

3. The Seller shall inform the Buyer that the purpose of using the Store must have:

5. The buyer being a consumer has the ability to store important information related to the Agreement as follows:
1) confirmation of the orders received by e-mail,

§ 6
Deadlines Orders
 
1. Execution of orders occurs within 1 - 5 working days from the booking payment on the account of the Buyer Seller.
2. In the case of toric lenses, progressive or colored lenses with power and positive curvature of a custom implementation of the orders will be made within 7 to 14 business days from the booking payment on the account of the Buyer Seller.

Payment method

§11
Return of Products
1. The Seller agrees to deliver products free from physical and legal defects.
2. The Seller does not give the Buyer a guarantee within the meaning of art. 577 §1 of the Civil Code, informs while having known him guarantees granted to products by manufacturers.
3. Only the consumer, pursuant to art. 27 of the Act, has the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason and at no cost, subject to the costs referred to in Article. 33, Art. 34 of the Act within 14 days from the date of the Product, and, to comply with the deadline it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before its expiry, according to the following formula:

4. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered null and void.

Complaints - general

3. Complaints may be reported in the manner specified in § 10 of the Regulations.

§13
The Seller
 
1. The seller is liable to the Purchasers who are consumers under the terms of art. 556 of the Civil Code and the subsequent physical and legal defects of the Products.
2. The Seller pursuant to Art. 558§1 of the Civil Code completely excludes liability for physical and legal defects (warranty) to the Purchasers who are not Consumers.
3. If the item sold has a defect, the Buyer may demand the replacement of things for free from defects or defect removal. The seller is obliged to replace the faulty thing as free of defects or rectify the defect within a reasonable time without undue inconvenience to the Buyer.
4. The seller may refuse to redress the request of the Buyer, if brought into conformity with the contract of things flawed in the manner chosen by the Buyer is impossible or in comparison with other possible way to bring about compliance with the agreement would require excessive costs. If the buyer is an entrepreneur, the seller may refuse to exchange things free from defects or defect removal even if the cost of compensation to that requirement outweigh the price of the goods sold.

Final Provisions

7. The Administrator ensures the safety of the entrusted personal data, in particular by protecting against unauthorized access by third parties.
8. Personal data is collected for the needs of the Administrator and processed for the purpose of the statutory economic activities of its business, conduct of promotional and advertising (unless the buyer has given it the approval), with the data protection requirements specified in the regulations on the protection of personal data and activities marketing.
